Our third workout this week and in the STS program is Legs (disc #3). As with all of your workouts this week you will be using weights that are 60% of your 1RM unless otherwise instructed. Depending on your floor surface, you will be using a paper or plastic plate for several exercises in this workout. You can also purchase plastic discs made for fitness or even plastic discs used to move furniture (depending on your floor surface) if you prefer. You will never look at a paper plate the same after doing this workout!
All of the leg routines in this mesocycle include an optional bonus section at the end of each workout for those who really want to go for the burn. The bonus leg work for this week features standing leg work. So put your game face on and get ready to work.
