As with the previous three weeks you will continue doing three tri-sets for your legs in this workout, but you will increase your weights to an intense 80% of your 1RM for most exercises. This week both the first and third tri-sets will be new to you, while the second tri-set will be repeated from week one. This is the last leg workout for this mesocycle, so make it a good one!
