This is week number two of Chest, Shoulders and Triceps for Mesocycle #2 and you will be using weights that are 75% of your 1 RM. This week you will include a technique known as back-off sets in your workout. You will still do three sets of 12, 10 and 8 reps just like you did in the first week of this mesocycle, but immediately after completing your third set you will reduce your weight by 40% for your back off set and go to failure. (The online Workout Manager will automatically calculate this weight reduction for you.)
