All of the leg workouts for Mesocycle #2 follow a slightly different format than the two upper body workouts in this same mesocycle. In this workout you will be introduced to three groups of tri-sets. Each group of tri- sets contains three exercises that you will do for do for 10 reps and three rounds each. A tri-set is simply three exercises done consecutively with as little rest as possible between exercises. At the end of each tri-set you will still take a 60 second break, but the rest between exercises in each tri-set will be minimal.
