We’ll start with chest and hit it from a variety of angles and repeat them before moving on to triceps. Triceps will be following the same type of pattern. There will be a few finishers as well as drop sets included in this workout. Since many of the exercises hit both the chest and the triceps at the same time, you can be sure your muscles will be fried by the time the workout is completed.
