	</p><p>We can&#8217;t think of a better way to celebrate our twenty year anniversary than by re-releasing a digitally re-mastered Step N Motion #1  which was Cathe&#8217;s very first solo workout video and one of the first step videos ever made. Cathe was only 24 when she made this advanced step workout which became the #1 selling step video in 1989.</p>
<p>Step N Motion 1 was released at the IDEA International Aerobics Convention in 1989 and completely sold out on the first day! This video became a &#8220;must have&#8221; for every aerobics instructor in the country and catapulted Cathe onto the world stage helping to create a movement that is known today as Power Stepping.</p>
<p>The choreography in this video, of course, is now extremely dated, but if you want to take a walk down memory lane and see Cathe at the young age of 24 and have fun doing a blast from the past, you will want to download this video. Step Aerobics has come a long way since 1989, but many people still love this video.</p>
<p>Step N Motion #1 is intense and features strong powerful athletic movements as opposed to more dancy movements.</p>

<p>Segment One moves quickly with a medley mix of familiar moves used from previous videos but rearranged in new patterns to give them a refreshing twist.  Segment two and three both contain new cutting edge choreography.</p>
<p>Each of these segments feature a more complex combination followed by a basic power combination to keep both the interest level and the heart rate elevated.  The step cooldown is more dance/funk oriented.  It is thoroughly broken down for you to have fun with.  The workout concludes with soothing hit music to let your mind and body free itself of all tension.</p>
