	</p><p>We can&#8217;t think of a better way to celebrate our twenty year anniversary than by re-releasing a digitally re-mastered Step N Motion #1  which was Cathe&#8217;s very first solo workout video and one of the first step videos ever made. Cathe was only 24 when she made this advanced step workout which became the #1 selling step video in 1989.</p>
<p>Step N Motion 1 was released at the IDEA International Aerobics Convention in 1989 and completely sold out on the first day! This video became a &#8220;must have&#8221; for every aerobics instructor in the country and catapulted Cathe onto the world stage helping to create a movement that is known today as Power Stepping.</p>
<p>The choreography in this video, of course, is now extremely dated, but if you want to take a walk down memory lane and see Cathe at the young age of 24 and have fun doing a blast from the past, you will want to download this video. Step Aerobics has come a long way since 1989, but many people still love this video.</p>
<p>Step N Motion #1 is intense and features strong powerful athletic movements as opposed to more dancy movements.</p>
